Shipping & Delivery

At BTS Apparel, we’re committed to delivering quality apparel with care and professionalism. Every order is handled with intention, from production to your doorstep—because what you wear should reflect who you are.

Fulfillment & Processing
Each BTS Apparel item is made to order to ensure quality and minimize waste. Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process, which includes printing, quality inspection, and packaging.

While fulfillment times may vary slightly based on order volume, please allow time for your item to be thoughtfully prepared. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States.

Delivery Time: Estimated 2–5 business days after fulfillment
Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on location and best rate)
Please note that delivery timeframes do not include the time it takes to fulfill your order.

International Shipping
We’re proud to ship select items internationally.

Delivery Time: Estimated 10–20 business days after fulfillment
Shipping time may vary by destination and customs clearance
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours.
